Examples: 1. Transition time Non Hunger Eating: I tell myself the urge to eat is too strong. It will be too hard to fight it. I believe the pain/urgency I am feeling will never go away unless I eat. I also tell myself "Just this once."2. I tell myself extinguishing cravings is too hard. It will take too long to see results (lose weight.) Plus, I won't stick with it long enough so why even go through the pain of trying to stop eating right now because I'll end up giving in eventually anyway.3. I believe that I am the woman who will always be chunky. The slim figure I want isn't for me, it is for other women. If I do get there for a week or two, it will take immense effort and not last. So it is not worth the work.
