If for any reason you can’t make a Group Coaching Call no worries, we deliver!

1. Simply go to the Ask Josie Portal (which will be live in the CONNECT portion of the main menu after class starts)

2. Enter your question for Josie in the form below (at least 24 hours before the scheduled Coaching Call) and Josie will answer your question live for the group.

3. Then voila, within 24 hours after the call your audio of the entire call including your answer will be available in the Audio Lounge—so you can listen to it at the time that’s perfect for you.
